Hello everyone π»,
Happy Tuesday π and a very warm welcome to my world of treesπ³πΉ.
It's been another ordinary day stepping it out around the neighborhood here in London.
As always thank you for stopping by and let me fill you in on how my day went including the trending stories that caught my eye π.
Here we go again, come onπ¨.
So I began the day with a walk around the neighborhood. It was windy and chilly cloudy βοΈ morning as I made my way.
Then an annoying drizzling π§οΈ cut short my walk and I had to get back indoors for a hot cuppa. If this is what summer is, I wonder what winter will be πΉ.
Anyways, I got warm and went on with my day indoors, taking care of the chores around the house.
Later I settled down to some you tube and Twitter inclusive of the trending stories of the day.
Fortunately the sun π was out as evening approached and it turned out to be quite a beautiful sunset π as temps rose a little.
Then I was back indoors and watched some of the last moments of the Turkey gameπΉ.
Let's get into the trending stories of the day. In Kenya, young protesters engaged police in running battles as they called for the president to step downπΉ.
Even after he called off the controversial tax bill, people want him to step down and have no confidence in his rule. Good luck to them, African heads of state never resignπΉ.
Across the pond in the US, political shenanigans πΉ as Texas democrat openly called on Biden to drop out of presidential raceπ. This after his lackluster performance in the debate with Trump.
Speaking of Trump, his sentencing in the harsh money trial has been postponed to Sept. This as his lawyers seek to challenge his conviction after yesterday's supreme court ruling.
Let's wait and see how that goes, looks like he will go scot-freeπΉ.
Further down, the Caribbean trending as hurricane Beryl hit saint Vincent causing devastation. It's now proceeded to Jamaica and cayman islands with speeds of 250km/hπ.
Mexico is getting ready with evacuations along its path happening. Let's hope its speed will have slowed down.
In the middle east, things are not quiet in Gaza as Israeli forces keep the fighting on. Over 250,000 Palestinians have been forced to leave Khan Younisπ.
Let's go to Asia, India trending as 116 people were killed in a stampede at a hindu religious event in Utter PradeshπΏ.
Further down in Japan, tourists are enjoying cheaper prices as the Japanese yen has shrunk against major currenciesπ.
Do buy your bitcoin as all fiat will shrink to itπΉ.
Finally, in the Euro football, Turkey beat Austria to secure their place in the quarter finals, it hasn't happened since 2008, so am guessing it's all celebration tonightπΉ.
Austria have sadly dropped outπΏ. Romania dropped out too after a three zero loss to the Netherlands.
So next, Turkey will be taking on the Netherlands, let's wait to see how that one goes.
Across the pond, USA knocked out of Copa America by Uruguay πΏ. Things are heating up there too. Let's wait for more exciting games as the finals near.
So that's been Tuesday, how about I see you again tomorrow on an amazing hump πͺ day.Until then it's good night π΄ and Good bye β€οΈ.Hakuna Matata π»
