Happy Sunday 😊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's a day of gratitude and I counted my blessings as I continue to take one day at a time💯. Hopefully your day has been great too.
Definitely thank you for stopping by and let's quickly take a look at how my day went including the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.
Here we go again, come on 💨.
So I began my day with a walk around the neighborhood. A beautiful morning with some good sunshine 🌞 was what I encountered as I made my way.
Then I was back indoors handling the usual chores around the house including laundry.
Then I had the cooking going before settling down to some you tube videos and also watching the trending news.
The sunset 🌄 walk was around West Ham stadium area at Stratford. The season is on and I think West Ham have a game here next weekend. I walked around for a while taking pictures
Then I finally made it back home calling it a day. So that was my day and now let's look at what has been happening around the world.
As always starting off in Gaza, the bloodshed continued. 17 Palestinians were killed in ongoing Israeli airstrikes😿.
Also trending, Israeli army has admitted it killed three captives in December last year🙀. They had earlier denied it but now said their strike killed the three Israelis.
Still in Israel, a ballistic missile fired by Yemen's houthis hit close to Israel's international airport sparking a fire🙀.
PM Netanyahu has said they will pay for that dearly🙀.
In the other war, Russia hit port city of Odessa, killing two people😿.
Staying in Europe, 8 people have died overnight while trying to cross the channel from France to England 😿.
The rubber vessel had around 60 people on board, from countries including Eritrea, Sudan, Syria and Iran🙀.
Across the pond in the US, Trump trending as someone tried to shoot him through the fence at his golf ⛳ course in Florida🙀.
On being seen by a secret service agent, the shooter hurriedly left the area, leaving behind an AK 47 rifle, with a scope. GoPro camera to probably film the shooting and upload online🙀.
However, he was arrested 45 minutes drive distance away and is in custody. Let's wait to find out more on his identity, motive.
The good thing is that no direct shot was taken at Trump, but that man was within 400 metres.
America is a sea of guns of all sorts, so the secret service and FBI have a ton of work before elections. Hopefully we don't see any more incidents like that💯.
Finally in crazy weather, storm Boris has caused severe flooding in parts of Poland, Romania, Czech Republic and Austria. The destruction is at a high level and in six countries, I forgot one or two. Thousands of people have been evacuated from their homes🙀. Let's pray that the rain stops soon. All's well that ends well💯.
