Happy fiery 🔥 Tuesday and a very warm welcome to my world of trees 🌲🌳😹. As always thank you so much for stopping by yet again. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and as it comes to an end am raring to go with my stepping and the trending stories of the day.
Let's get into all that and more, here we go again 💨.
So I kicked off the day with a little bit of stretching then I was out around the neighborhood for close to twenty minutes.
Next I got on with the chores then watched some YouTube and kept up with the trending stories.
My final walk was the sunset 🌇 walk, but in darkness. As usual slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. Well dressed and shielded from the chilly weather too😹.
So now let's get into the trending news of the day.
The biggest story is US president Biden announced ceasefire deal between Israel and Hezbollah and will lead to permanent cessation of hostilities.
Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to the ceasefire with Hezbollah adding that cabinet must now approve deal.
He however said Israel deserves the right to protect itself, ceasefire or no ceasefire.
Meanwhile, Israel pounded the southern surburbs of Beirut even as the ceasefire announcement came to the news media.
In Gaza strip another horrendous bloody day as Israeli airstrikes kept going😿. Let's hope to see a ceasefire there too💯.
Not far off Pakistan trending as security forces clashed with supporters of imprisoned former PM Imran Khan🙀.
They broke barriers and marched towards the center of the locked down capital, Islamabad, in an attempt to stage a sit in.
Meanwhile Imran Khan had urged his supporters to fight till the end as they call for his release.
Across the pond, Canada and Mexico leaders stressed the need for cooperation after Trump's plans to hit US neighbors with 25% tariffs🙀.
In a post on social media Trump said the 25% tariff will remain in force until drugs like fentanyl and all illegal aliens stop invasion of the US
An additional ten percent tariff will apply to China too😹.
Further down, Chile trending as president Gabriel Boric is being accused of sexual harassment🙀. He has rejected the allegations but authorities confirmed an investigation was being conducted.
Finally, former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro is being accused of planning to overturn the 2022 presidential election won by current president Lula da Silva.
In an alleged meeting he took with members of Brazil's armed forces to plan a coup🙀.
