Happy Saturday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report. It is Caturday 🐈 too, today kitties have a license to rule the blockchain😹. Definitely missing Bob😿, but life went on as usual.
Thank you for reading as we get into my stepping activities and also the trending stories from around the world 🌍.
So sit back and let's break it all down. Here we go again 💨.
So just like yesterday, I started around the neighborhood soaking up that morning 🌞. It's been another beautiful sunny day, though we had a bit of ☁️ clouds too.
I did extend my morning walk due to tha warm weather. Across the main road and into a totally new area that I hadn't been too.
I strayed and got lost for a while, further adding to my steps😹. Fortunately google maps came to my rescue in guiding me back home.
Back indoors I engaged in the usual chores around the house. Got the cooking and laundry going meanwhile watching some YouTube and also some interesting games going on in euro 2024.
My last walk was the usual slow paced sunset 🌄 walk. This time around the park 🌲, I did some exercises on the stationary bikes and machines.
Let's move into the trending news, in the UK, Taylor swift is on her tour tonight and tomorrow night. She got a chance to take selfies with prince William and his kids.
The prince was celebrating his 42nd birthday 🥳.
The ticket prices are going for crazy sums, I better just watch her on you tube and buy bitcoin instead😹. Besides crowds drain my energy.
Also trending in Europe, Russia has continued hitting Ukrainian energy facilities 🙀.
A residential building was hit and damaged in Kharkiv killing three people😿.
Speaking of killings, at least 101 Palestinians were killed in the last 24 hours across Gaza😭.
Israel pounded southern Gaza's Al mawasi 'safe zone'. An area they had told Palestinians would not be hit🙀. The north of Gaza also saw intense bombings.
In Tel Aviv, anti govt protesters were at it again, calling for return of captives, resignation of Netanyahu and immediate elections.
Across the pond in the US, a top state department official for Israel Palestine affairs has resigned. A US anti war organization estimates at least 40 other military personnel are seeking resignation🙀.
US airmen say the country they signed to serve is aiding and abetting Israeli war crimes in Gaza.
That soldier that burned himself in Washington DC earlier this year was just sick of seeing innocent children massacred😿. He was the second to do it, another also burnt himself before🙀
Back in the middle east, Israel hit Lebanon targeting an arms dealer it claims supplies Hamas. A war continues to brew between Israel and Hezbollah🙀.
India trending as tainted alcohol death toll rose to 54 in Tamil Nadu🙀. Cheap alcohol can be fatal, I've seen such cases in Kenya too.
Finally, let's talk football, Belgium have recovered from their loss from Slovakia by beating Romania two nil, congratulations 🎉.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo and his Portuguese team swept the floor with Turkey beating them three nil. A rather silly own goal was part of Turkey's undoing😹.
Georgia played out to a one one draw with Czechia.
