Getting back in track, hitting my 14285 activity work for the day. Its look like i have moving a lot today and i guess i do.
As usual , early morning i ll start my day with running at the nearest park. I try to run every morning and evening yes i made it even i just complete 1 round. Its not really big park but i has a lot trail and the air was super fresh because it was preserve with the nature and sometimes we can even see the wild monkay around .
I ll try to do it everyday since it was near , and until i get may best body i guess i have to work hard with it.
