My daily activity
Hi Actifit friends
Today I use the built-in tracking feature in the Actifit app to monitor my physical activities throughout the day. I aim for a minimum of 5,000 to 10,000 activity count. My main activity for today is cooking shopping running and jogging according to these photos in this post that were shared for everyone to see.
In the morning the weather was very nice. It was raining lightly. Even if it only rained for a short while it made me feel refreshed. Today is National Children's Day in Thailand. (Saturday of the second week of January every year). My son is sick. Therefore, the children did not participate in this activities.
My activity in the morning is to do housework. I did my housework without rushing because I made an appointment with my mother-in-law at 10 a.m. to take her to the bank that was open in the department store.
For breakfast, I cooked one menu, which was pork stir-fried with fresh chili and onions for eat with bland soup. When it was time to make an appointment with my mother-in-law I drove to take her to the mall. While I'm waiting for she doing financial business at the bank, I went to buy things in the supermarket.We spent almost two hours here.
I arrived home around 1 p.m. Today I aim to go jogging at the sports complex near my house. The weather there is very nice in the evening. There is a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, and football field. I jog. and when I feel tired, I walk slowly. This year I am 44 years old. As I get older my metabolism decreases. Getting some exercise, just walking, is good for me. For my good health I aim to exercise as often as possible.
