I woke up on the morning and did some pres-up and light jogging around my house .
After that I took my bath and and prepare for work, in my place of work I moved around my company facilities and later checked for any faulty machine.
After wish I went back to my office to do some documentation, during my break period I walk around and did some lite exercise before returning back to my working positions.
I like the ability of been able to monitor
my working rate daily and trying my possible efforts to always exercise to kelp me fit sand healthy always
