How is your Sunday?
I went out early this morning to complete my weekly 10 thousands steps at the beach.
My main plan was to chill while listening music and walking along side the ocean.
I first looked at the proximity of the sera water running on the sand, the water temperature was warm. The tide rises the previous night causing the short waves and the reduction of the normal distance between land and ocean.
The night before my photowalk the beach was crowded and parties ran wild up to very late in the evening.
I was not normal to leave the garbage on the spot after the parties. As consequence the following days walking barefeet on the sand can cause grave injuries.
It becomes an additional problem that could be resolve easily when party host and guests clean before leaving the site.
I had a large Bag full of sport material that I was bringing to the beach.
My second remarks was that no close garbage bins could be found in an area of 500 meters of diameter.
I will conduct an extra investigation next time. The collection of some left behind party bottles will not prevent this problem to occur in the following week.
I take the opportunity to show my deepest appreciation to all volunteer actively working to keep the beach clean around the World.
