Woke up early in the morning, did start the day with morning walk, 3 sets of push-ups (10 in each), 3 sets of sit-ups (3 in each). Had breakfast went to a friend for lunch and enjoyed the time with him, in noon did cycling again,

later came to home did rest (very important thing after busy day).
At night friend came to myside (teaching him friend about Hive whatever I know).
With these things passed over 19k steps (19,786).
