It can feel really lonely to work, live, and go through life all by yourself. I often think about how my mom must have felt after losing her husband (my dad) and having to face everything alone. Loneliness can lead to all sorts of health issues, and finding ways to beat it can help us live longer, happier lives. Maybe one of the best ways to show love and gratitude to our parents is by helping ease their loneliness! 😊
Well, by the way, I've decided to plant some strawberries in my garden—can't wait to see how they turn out!
一人で仕事し、一人で生活し、一人で人生を送るのは寂しすぎる。オカンはオトンが亡くなってからずっと一人で仕事し、生活し、人生を送ってきたと言うことは、やっぱり寂しかったと思う。「孤独」はいろんな健康被害を引き起こすと言われていて、孤独の解消が長生きの要因になるらしい。親に対する恩返しは、「孤独解消」が子供にできる親孝行なのかもしれない😁 庭にわらびを植えることにしました。
