20000 steps!!!

I had such an active day yesterday! I ended up walking around 20,000 steps, which felt great. I started my morning with a delicious breakfast at my favorite café with my mom and my friend. After that, I met up with a friend and we took a lovely stroll to a nearby park. It was so nice to see the migratory birds gathering at the pond—there were tons of ducks and herons just hanging out! The weather was absolutely perfect for a walk.

Later, I treated myself to a yummy café mocha and swung by a bakery near the park to grab some fresh bread. After work, I hopped on my bicycle to catch up with another friend. I’ve been really enjoying biking lately; it seems to do wonders for my thighs and calves! I’m super excited to focus on my health in 2025 and make the most of it!

昨日はよく運動した。気が付けば20000歩も歩いている。朝起きて、オカンと一緒に行きつけのカフェでモーニングを食べて、その後は友人と一緒に近所の公園に散歩へ行った。渡り鳥が公園の池に集まっていて、カモやサギなどがたくさん池に集まっていた。天気もすごくよく、散歩に最適の天候だった。カフェによってカフェモカを飲んで、公園の近くのパン屋にも寄ってパンをいくらか買った。その後は仕事をして、別の友人と会う約束をしていたので自転車で移動した。自転車は太ももやふくらはぎの筋トレになってすごく効果がでてるなとこの頃感じている。健康を大切に２０２５年を過ごしたい。
