Going to clinic

Today I went to a clinic I had been wanting to go to for a long time and was prescribed medicine for sweat rash and a sleep aid. After returning to Osaka, I was sweating a lot due to the heat wave, which caused my skin to itch with sweat rash. I have had skin problems before, but it is hard to itch so much that it is hard to sleep, so I was prescribed anti-itch medication and a sleep aid.

今日は以前から行きたかったクリニックに行って、汗疹の薬と睡眠導入剤を処方してもらった。大阪に帰ってきて、この猛暑で汗がひどく、それが原因で汗疹で皮膚が痒い。皮膚の悩みはこれ迄もも良くあったけど、寝ぐるしいほど痒みが出るのはつらく、痒み止めと睡眠導入剤も処方してもらった。

Garden update

It was a beautiful clinic with mukuge in bloom. It is hot and humid outside, and I avoid going out when the daytime temperatures are at their peak. In my garden, figs are growing in abundance and ripening rapidly. I can't wait for a few figs to ripen, as they are so sweet. The cicadas that have returned from the garden are also singing energetically every morning, and I am enjoying this midsummer tradition in Osaka.

ムクゲが咲くきれいなクリニックだった。外は蒸し暑く、日中の気温がピークになる時は外出を避けている。家の庭では今はイチジクがたくさんなって、どんどん熟れている。数日後とに2、3個熟れるイチジクは本当に甘く、待ち遠しく熟れるのを待っている。庭からかえったセミも毎朝、元気に鳴いていて、真夏の大阪の風物詩として楽しんでいる。
