Local sushi 🍣🍣🍣 restaurant

I went to a local sushi restaurant. Prices have skyrocketed recently, with most dishes costing over 200 yen per plate. Rising prices especially mark franchise sushi restaurants in Japan, while the quality of the sushi items is either unchanged or declining. Amidst all this, I went to a local sushi restaurant. A sushi plate was around 150 yen, and the ingredients were delicious and satisfying. The aka-dashi (red miso soup) we had together was also really good, with large fish ingredients.

地元の寿司屋に行ってきました。この頃は物価も高騰し、1皿が200円をこえるものがほとんどです。フランチャイズの寿司屋は特に物価の上昇が顕著で、その代わり寿司のネタの質は据え置きか低下していたり消費者としてがっかりすることがたくさん日本では今発生しています。そんななか、地元の寿司屋に行きました。１皿が150円前後、それにネタも美味しくて大満足でした。一緒に食べた赤だしも魚の具材が大きくて、本当に美味しかったです。
