Today Crypto Tips YouTube channel had Toby saying in a video that he is Bullish on Bitcoin and Ethereum. He said that there was an ETF outflow but that's not why Bitcoin dropped. He said it dropped because there is open interest at the current price and he gave a lunk to open interest chart in the description but I'm not sure what to make of it. Anyone know?
