Today I went to an actual gym for the first time in a while. I have my own dumbbells and barbells and a few other pieces of equipment but a gym has more exercise stuff.
After walking around a mall after dinner I went to a hotel gym. They had heavier dumbbells than I have. I lifted weights 30% more than usual.
I used an inflatable ball to do some situps. You have to stabilize yourself so it's good for the core.
Finally there was a mahine with two cahins with handles and you could mive the pins in the two weight stacks to select how much force you would exert. I spent some time on that, working on my form and nit really lifting a lot of weight.
So quite a different day in terms of my activity.
