I'm celebrating with 3 Pink Floyd songs since its also #threetunetuesday
So MTV started on cable TV on August first of 1981. Music Television actually used to play Music Videos. I don't really know what's on there now since I dont watch it. I think its mostly reality tv which isn't very real and I don't personally care for it. But MTV was a big thing for a decade or so.
On the way back from water volleyball I was listening to the Underground Garage and they played a very early single from Pink Floyd. This is from the mid 60s when Sid Barrett was still in the band. Let's listen first to a song from the 70s about Syd, Comfortably Numb.
Now rewind a decade or so. Here's what Pink Floyd sounded like. We'll heard Arnold Lane and then See Emily play.Do you understand Arnold Lane's strange hobby? Don't answer in the comments.... It's a little Too Strange!
