Today my activity was very good but wasn't the kind that registers on the phone. I started out with a nice bike ride but my phone doesn't pick up the pedaling motion. I ride a similar path to where I walk at night.
After cycling I lifted my barbells. I have been doing 4 sets of curls which is a pretty good upper body exercise but focuses on the biceps and forearms. This will get me ready for water volleyball!
Then I did a few sets of 20 pushups. This is good for the upper body and core/abs as well as the triceps. I do one set where my arms are elevated. This targets the upper part of the chest which is also good for water volleyball.
But there was no walk tonight. Family was over and I spent time with them and my parents. Tomorrowiis mother's day here so I wanted to hang out with mom as much as possible.
Tomorrow I'll be with her again. And more family will visit as well. I do like my nightly walks but sometimes other more important things are happening.
