I decided to check out Nadine Breaty on YouTube today. She's a 25 year old German woman with a genetic trait called piebaldism. Nadine also mentions having depression and Borderline Personality Disorder, but she doesn't look like that.
I think the point is not to judge a person before you really know them and understand what they are dealing with. It's good for all of us to work on our mental health just as we work on our physical and financial health. We're all on our unique journey. Don't stereotype others and don't compare yourself to others. Love others and love yourself!
MY ACTIVITY was just that ubiquitous quotidian mundane yet positive routine, the nightly walk. It's warmer out, upper 50s Fahrenheit. But another cold snap is in the forecast. Come what may, I'll likely continue to put one foot in front of the other and move forward!
