In a thread, i asked what low impact exercise I can do that will be easy to get into the habit of doing and there were suggestions that I start with walking. I love the idea coz frankly, I'd rather walk to the grocery store than bring a car or ride public transportation if I am not carrying anything heavy. So, I said to myself, "why not?"
I put on my old sneakers and installed the Actifit app to be able to track my progress and see how I fared against myself five or ten years ago.
It's already 11 o'clock and a good sunny day to boost, but I really wanted to start now, so I just brought an umbrella to shield from. The heat and potentially protect myself from a sudden rain.
I saw a fruit vendor selling, and I got myself coconut juice, which was awesome and refreshing.
Of course, I took the opportunity to check out some motorcycle dealers along the way to see if there are good deals. For your information, I was looking for a nice white Yamaha Fazzio, which seems to be in demand and always out of stock. Luckily, I found a store with two of it in stock.
I also passed by this wall graffiti that I saw being painted a short while back, and it looks awesome.
It felt nice to do a little walking to get myself started on exercise. It was fun talking to people and seeing things from a face to face perspective.
That's it for now. Hope to do it again soon. And thanks for dropping by to check out this blog post.
Love and peace! 😎
