Yesterday I logged 7,359 steps on @actifit, roughly 2,650 steps short of my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged doing Instacart deliveries throughout the day. Unfortunately when I was home for lunch, a fox decided to visit and grab one of my chickens for his own lunch. I didn’t hear anything until it was too late. When I went outside, the fox was running off into the woods. All I found was feathers. My chicken flock is dwindling a bit, and I’ll need to get a bunch more this spring as well as create some better predator deterrents for their safety.
