Yesterday I logged 10,064 steps on @actifit, just over my 10K step goal. Starting the year off strong with two days of surpassing the goal. In the afternoon I took Freya the white shepherd on a wag walk for 20 minutes, which is how I logged a good chunk of my steps. In the early evening I ran a few Instacart deliveries to tack on the rest. Above is a photo of Freya looking all excited to be out outside on a walk.
