Yesterday I logged 5,368 steps on @actifit, a little more than half of my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged down at my nephews birthday party, but unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures. Above is a photo of my goat Casper in his nice new coat. I think him and Hazelnut are both enjoying their winter gear. Overall it was good day celebrating my nephew Bo, eating good food and watching football with the family.
