Yesterday I logged 8,990 steps on @actifit, roughly 1,100 steps short of my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged out in the yard with the goats, ducks and chickens. The yard is really beginning to look like the homestead I once envisioned, though it still has a long way to go. I’m starting to wean the goats off their milk, and they’re beginning to graze on the weeds throughout the area. In a few months, I hope they’ll have it all clear! Above is a photo of me at the Trim Haymaking Festival last week in Ireland. A local notorious blacksmith was there with tools and some medieval gear. It was a grand time!
