Yesterday I logged just 831 steps on @actifit, because i forgot to log in to the application at the end of the night. I assure you, I moved around a bit more than that… Majority of my steps were logged doing yard work, mowing and getting the area prepared for the goat which will be coming home in less than two weeks. For dinner I cooked up some local St. Louis style lamb ribs with a Honey Garlic Habanero BBQ glaze as you can see in the photo above.
