Yesterday I logged just 1,414 steps on Actifit, roughly 8,600 short of my daily 10K step goal. Unfortunately I forgot to log in to Actifit at the end of the day, so my steps were not tallied. Much of the day was spent in the car running errands, so I did not do much walking anyways. The days are ending super early and it gets dark before I find the time to take the pups out for a hike. Oh well, they’ll start getting longer again in just a couple of weeks. This morning I woke up and got a Fried Chicken Benedict from one of my favorite brunch spots. Above is a picture of the dish. It’s an absolutely delicious way to start the day!
