Yesterday I logged just 3,075 steps on @actifit, roughly 7,000 steps short of my daily 10K step goal. It was a weak perfomance for an ordinary Tuesday. Majority of my steps were logged at the grocery store. I think I would’ve logged much more if I logged into the app at the end of the night, but unfortunately I forgot. Above is a photo of some chicken I cooked up last night for dinner. I slow cooked it in a skillet in some white wine with bay leaves, loads of black pepper, garlic and some other spices. The photo doesn’t do it justice! The result was phenomenal.
