My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2025

It's been awhile since I've done some serious endurance stuff at the gym 😬😅
Yesterday I decided that it's time to increase my longest distance on a rower 😅

5075m in 20min 😏 not that bad considering that I only use this exercise for warmup 🐫

Overall less weight lifting yesterday but great workout overall. Also my but hurt like hell in the last 5 min of rowing 😅
