The holiday is over, I am going home! And it took me 6000 steps to travel 2300 kilometers.
Started by getting up at 02:30 driving to Malaga Airport. A 2 hour drive.
There, I took a flight to Bacelona! It was early morning, and I flew during sunrise.
Here, we flew over the city of Granada. The sky is starting to get its first colors, and the city was light upp awesome!
I picked the seat on the good side of the plane to see the sunrise. Am I the only one who thinks of these things?
The cost line of the southe of Spain.
In the distance, the party isle of Ibisa Spain.
The sunrise was just behind the wing, and I did not think about that during booking.
The fly-in to Barcelona is beautiful. The view of the city is awesome. I saw the Sagrada Familia towering above the city. I was a little too late to take a good picture of it.
At Barcelona Airport, I took a nice walk, I wanted to have breakfast and needed some coffee It was a 2-hour layover, so I had time to discover the airport.
Next stop, Amsterdam Schiphol airport. The first time I flew with Vueling!
Here we grew over the Pyrenees mountains, to bad all the clouds are spoiling the view.
Flight statistics, always nice to see.
Coming in over the Netherlands, the province of Zeeland.
And the city of Rotterdam
All the greenhouse of the Western part of the Netherlands.
The Dutch coastline, heading in for Amsterdam Schiphol!
Frome sophos I took a train to Zeist. Luckily, my neighbor voor m picked me up at the train station. Otherwise, I had to walk 2 kilometers to my home. Normally, that's doable, not with this backpack of 21 kilo 😅
