Good morning friends, went your morning walk, today weather was pleasant, and happy to say today my step count is much better than before. Now morning walking become my habit, I love doing to it to stay fit and healthy.
After coming from walk, took a glass of soaked raisins water in empty stomach. Soaked raisin water has many benefits like it work as detox water, increase blood cell count, balance cholesterol, boost stomach health , keep your skin young n glowing and many more.
