Good morning friends! Today went for morning walk at 5 o'clock. I go for walk with my date, usually going I everyday but took my mobile with me to count my actifit scrore. While walking tooks some pictures which are blurr.
As walking having lots of benefits even I can much better than gym. If you quite walking there will be no side effects but if you quite gyming than your body will suffer.
There are many street dogs were fight, I was very afraid of them, then my father told me how to handle them. The best way to protect yourself from stray dogs is to be calm, in control and confident. Crossed stray’s dogs quickly without running.
