My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2024

It was quite a work-intensive day; I barely managed to move at all. I was either sitting in the car, in a meeting, or behind the computer.
After work, I decided to get off public transport earlier and walk instead, but I still only covered 2.5 kilometers.
Once home, I felt that while my mind was exhausted from work, my body still needed some movement, so I opted for a jog.
Since I wanted to keep my heart rate in the fat-burning zone, which is around 135 for me, I had to constantly check my watch. It was a serious effort to maintain this pace, as I'm not used to such a slow speed. I had to run nearly a minute slower per kilometer than my "normal" pace.
In the end, I covered 6.5 kilometers in 40 minutes. My calorie counter reads 1030.
