I managed to have quite a pleasant day yesterday, but I got home after midnight, so I didn't have the energy to post.
In the morning, I went to Normafa, which is a nature reserve and a popular hiking spot in Budapest, especially for those who want to escape the city's hustle and bustle. As far as I know, it is the highest point in Budapest, offering beautiful views of the city and the surrounding mountains. The trail goes through the forest and is about 3 km from the bus stop. The destination was the Erzsébet Lookout Tower, which you can see in this picture.
It was a pleasant walk, I took some pictures along the way and from the top of the lookout, and then walked back.
In the evening, I went to an outdoor movie screening in one of the Danube’s bays and watched the movie "Ferrari." On my way home, I noticed that I was still nearly 100 calories short of my daily goal, so I tried to walk briskly and chose a longer route. Unfortunately, the daily measurement mercilessly stopped at midnight, and I was 9 calories short, so I missed the perfect week… It happens.
