Hello my dear friends…
Today, i had another chance to go to the gym in the morning. I was there from 6.30 am to be precise. I am getting used to go to the gym in the morning now. Truth to be told, i get the feeling that i have more energy during the day now when i went to the gym in the morning. Before this, i always went to the gym around 10 am. It makes me tired through the day.
I had a disappointment though. I thought that today’s morning class in the gym are poundfit, so i decided to skip it. Later when i arrived at home, my friend texted me and told me that today morning class is aeroboxing. I have never try aeroboxing before and i am for sure want to try it. Its a pity, but i promise i will go to aeroboxing morning class next time.
