A picture from my walk, alas, that area will soon be built upon.
Training for the day was a 4.5-5 mile walk and weight lifting session which I am warming up to as I write this post.
Not much else to report, I started a new book and also have started to listen to audiobooks whilst on my walks, which is okay as long as it's nothing to technical. In bed bed I like to read, either my Kindle or a real book then not off to sleep.
