What a quick week it's been.
Alas, no picture today as I wasn't too sure what to take a picture of that I've not done previously...🧐
As for training, an hour weight lifting💪 session in the morning and about 5 to 5.5-mile walk, two short walks throughout the day🚶
Tomorrow is a lazy day, but I will be studying at home... With my cat.😸
