People of Actifiy, behold, for I have returned!๐
After 3 years of roaming the wilds of reality, I've returned to lead you all to epic gains and new PR! Well, maybe not. But after 3 long years I've returned to at least make this post, what a crazy time it's been, the last time I posted was around the time of the lockdowns. Life has moved on, I left the UK for a few years only to return for a few months now, the world seems to have gone mad, but Actifit and Steemit remain... I think Steemit split or something during my absence, a lot seems to have changed and I am not quite sure what is going on.๐ญ
My plan is not to post every day, but maybe a couple of times a week. Today's training was a 4.25 mile run in 31 mins, not a great time, my running speed suffered considerably during the lockdowns, but for me its an okay speed. Usually I alternate between a 4 mile run for 30 mins then jog for a few mins and a 6 mile jog, usually the 6 mile jog takes between 50-52 mins. My aim is to get that down to around 45 mins but I am getting older so hopefully I can do that before I die of old age.๐
Speaking of getting older, I have now turned 40... Which is older than the hills, death is stalking me and I keep forgetting where I put my mobile phone.๐ฌ
