Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
We got up this morning and began getting ready to head out for the early afternoon appointment at the Suzuki dealership some 60 miles to the south of us.
We arrived a bit early as this is a huge automotive complex with many different dealerships somehow all connected. I figured if we went to the wrong one, then I’d have time to figure out where it was.
While we waited to the guy to check us in, I caught this little birdie on top of one of the cars awaiting service.
We were told to wait at the Volkswagen dealership next door and they would come get us after a while. The recall work was done. However, it turns out that the body control module is indeed failing as well as the hatch locking motor. They will have to order the parts so probably another 2+ weeks before we can get it fixed. It’s about $1000, but what can you do? I need the car.
By the time we got home, we were starved so I made my burgers with seasoned salt, onions and liquid smoke! Yummy! 😋
My neighbor Jan text’d me and asked to meet out in the street. We had a good time talking as we haven’t been together since Covid19 and had a lot to try to catch up on. We both maintained social distancing and had masks. We did a little walk up the road as I was still needing some steps for the day. It was so good to see her! We’ve planned to do it again soon!
Looks like tomorrow might be the day I get my new phone. We shall see. 😁
I wanted to share this really cool fungus I found the other day on our hike 😎
That’s gonna be it for now. Keep on @actifit steppin’! Take care and have an awesome evening!🥰😎👍😁👣🐑🤗💕💪😴
