Hello everyone!
Classes were suspended again yesterday due to the heat index of 47°C. However, employees in our school are required to go to work. I kept myself busy by cleaning the clinic and assisting some teachers with their paperwork. We stayed in a room with AC.
Night came and I haven't earned count yet because I forgot to turn on my app. So I decided to walk around the house for 30 minutes with this new pair.
My husband got it for me. I'm so happy because it's so comfy.
By the way, while walking, I was listening to my favorite songs and I couldn't resist singing. I believe that singing can burn calories too and it enhances lung capacity. So I always incorporate singing to any physical activity whenever possible. 😊
