Hello everyone!
Yesterday, my phone kinda worked properly and I tried to be active to shake the anxieties away. The past few days, I was having a hard time making myself calm especially when I'm alone doing nothing. So, I engaged in every school activity. In the morning and after lunch, some students were practicing the unity dance for the upcoming sports fest. I joined them. I also taught the other teachers about the dance steps. After dancing, some teachers and students played volleyball. They invited me to play too but I just stayed on the side, dodging the ball haha. Then, a student that will compete for table tennis was looking for an opponent so I volunteered . It's actually my favorite sport so I played for almost an hour. However, I didn't put my phone in my pocket so I can move freely. Next activity, we went to the other school and watched volleyball again. I brought some first aid kit in case of emergency.
In the evening, me and my husband together with my brother, and uncle, visited a relative who was admitted in a hospital. We stayed there until 9pm.
