Yesterday, I was thinking of going to the sports center. However, I chose to stay at home and clean our room and the entire house. Our room was in a state of neglect, already messy. I guess it's one of the causes of my stress, the clutter. In addition, my brother was not around. So in the evening, after cleaning, I decided to walk around for 15 minutes. I climbed the stairs several times to burn more calories. However, it's my phone that was not cooperating.
