This week is the last challenge for #cryptofitchallenge2022. Although I'm not join the challenge from the first week (I joined last to week), but I really enjoy the challenge.
For this week we have a lot of pushups variations. Here are the exercises from 3 trainers:
- Wil's exercise: Triceps and chest moving pushup
- Lena's exercise: Yoga
- Senad's exercise: 5 pushups variations
If you don't know yet, #actifit and #appics teaming up to held #cryptofitchallenge2022 which is started on March 7 2022. Every week there would be deference challenge from each trainer.

I passed the first 2 weeks because I got shores to do those week. So, I join the challenge since week 3.
Without realizing it, this is the last #challenge for cryptofitchallenge2022. I've done all three challenges for this week. Huurrraaayyy... I did it 🎉🎊🎉🎊
I admit, before taking on this challenge I often put off exercising. When I took this challenge, I didn't realize that I had been exercising regularly for the past 2 weeks. And I feel my body is more fit after regular exercise.
I hope that in the future there will still be workouts challenges like this, to keep many people motivated to do workout regularly.
