It’s been a minute since I made an Actifit post but today felt like a good day to do one. My job has started back up in full swing and that means my stress as well. What better way to relieve some stress and get fit than some weight training?
Interestingly I asked chat GPT for a workout plan for a 40 year old and it wasn’t bad. I ended up editing the plan, added some other exercises that weren’t on the list and modifying a few. But the AI did give me a few ideas of things to do like lounges and bent over rows.
Before today I used to just go to the gym and did what felt right. From now I’ll starting curating a plan and then getting more detailed in the weight progress. What does your workout plan look like?
