Another active day. In addition to the usual 10,000 steps, I rode one anaerobic training - Sprint. Quite an interesting training session. Although his average is only slightly above 110w, even 30 sprints of 10 seconds each at 320w with only a 20-second break between two sprints accumulate fatigue very quickly. Excellent training for training your anaerobic threshold and teaching the muscles to quickly get rid of accumulated toxins. A great day, although quite tiring.
