Recovery day for the jubilee 50 day activity this year. I think I know what Garmin throws out of balance, so every day they suggest that I still rest - my daily walks of 10,000 steps. Just enough to postpone training by one day or declare the day I have training to be harder than planned. I will have to make manual corrections as usual and listen to my body. Let's move on, I still don't know what adventure I'm going on for the Easter and May Day holidays, but I know I'll definitely do something.
