Although Garmin has been trying to force me to take a rest day for two days, I felt strong and ready, so I did a threshold training. Since I have a suspicion that Garmin gives wrong estimates because it is not the primary device that leads the ERG of driving on the trainer, I made a very complicated system in which it records the training on the Connect platform, and MyWhoosh controls the Wahoo Kickr... I know, I know, my setups are getting more and more complicated. In any case, the result is that the Garmin slightly increased my VO2, which in my opinion had been lowered for no reason, but still not to the value of a week ago. I completed the day with several walks totaling 10,000 steps and for 49 active days - that's it.
