Recovery day. Easy 10,000 steps and one special recovery ride on MyWhoosh. Garmin suggested only 30 minutes of recovery driving at a light 100w, so I remembered the excellent recovery driving practiced by another platform - Sufferfest. Recharger was a very fun recovery ride so I went out of my way to find it. Since most of the platforms are closed today, which is not at all clear to me because they all basically use the same ERG format, in the end I made this exercise in the MyWhoosh editor and untied it easily. Nice day, and also it completed 200k challenge on Strava 🤘☺️
