Forty-third day in a row of active days. For now, motivation is very high, but my body is showing signs of fatigue. Apart from the persistent decline of some indicators, primarily VO2, there are also subtle signs of chronic fatigue - the need for extended sleep and frequent breaks during activity. For 43rd days of activity, the standard 10,000 steps and half an hour of easy recovery cycling on one of the many MyWhoosh trails. I'm moving on, I expect that this recovery will finally charge my batteries enough for a slightly stronger effort.
