Another day in a row where Garmin has lowered the threshold at which I need to exercise. For several days now, Garmin has been abandoning more difficult exercises in favor of easy base training. I assume that the reason is the detection of a sudden drop in VO2 that occurred a couple of days ago. I suspect a stress caused by work and some mild virus that prevents me from doing my best. Despite that, I manage to walk 10,000 steps a day without much effort, and also I rode for a little over 1 hour at a relatively low intensity on Garmin's recommendation. Unfortunately, it's not easy for me to maintain such a low number of watts outside of ERG training, so I overrun the plan by 10%. I rode one of the flatter tracks on the MyWhoosh platform. As a consequence of this overrun, tomorrow will be the minimum activity aka recovery.
