If anyone is reading this, then they know that I am prone to frequent changes in the technical platform I train on and that I very often experiment with new technologies. After the introduction of the Garmin training plan, I drove the first training by creating the appropriate ERG plan manually. This takes a little time, so for the second training I used a slightly different technique. Namely, on the second day of training, Garmin suggested that I drive 90 minutes of base driving at 109W. Since these kinds of rides are extremely boring, I tried to somehow reconcile MyWhoosh and watching a movie, but I didn't succeed. In the end, I watched the movie on the Max HBO platform via my laptop, while I used a Garmin watch to control the Kickr trainer. Everything went great, but hence the lack of illustrations on this ride. Maybe I should take a picture of the Garmin?
