I think I'm doing pretty well with these daily activities. Every day since the beginning of the year, I have taken about 10,000 steps, sometimes a lot more. In addition, I had a few bike rides, although much less than I had planned. After all, Garmin gave me a badge yesterday for 300,000 steps in January, which rarely happens. Of the activities for this report, I have an hour of cycling on a trainer and an hour of walking around the neighborhood. Great day!
